Turning Handle
Short rodding operations can often be answered by using the
Ratchet Turning Handle in lieu of the Power Rod Drive. The
Ratchet Turning Handle will rotate the rod into stoppage.
Best and safest results will be accomplished if small bites
are taken and the turning action is not forced. Used only
when a maximum of three rods are exposed above the manhole
so the rods will not twist excessively and cause injury.
