Porcupines are designed to be used as a finishing tool after
a bucket has removed most of the debris from the sewer pipe.
The bristles are made of steel wire. Use a swivel in conjunction
with a porcupine so that the porcupine will scrub and also
rotate resulting in a cleaner line.
